As the title would suggest, the point of this very first blog post isn’t so much to shock, entertain or motivate, but more so I can introduce/warn you about what you can expect here in this new blog series.
I would assume that if you have made it this deep into our website you are already familiar with who I am, but on the off chance you aren’t, my name is Adam Crabtree and I am the Founder and CEO of NCS Analytics, or more commonly just NCS. NCS is an an advanced analytics company focused on applying our patent-pending predictive analytics into traditionally high-risk, cash-intensive business lines so that our clients (financial institutions and governmental agencies) can have a better idea of what they are dealing with. You can read more about us here, or feel free to reach out directly and send us an email.
Back to the topic at hand, this blog. The point here isn’t so much to directly discuss NCS, but more the broad (and hopefully interesting) topics that we as founders face. At times I will be joined in the “Founder’s Corner” by my Co-Founder and CFO Mark Nassi and our Angel Investor Lew Wilks. We will use this space to hit on issues that we feel like others can benefit from, or reminisce back to, when they faced these same issues. It will also be a place that we can explain in greater detail, and a bit more candor, changes that we are making or trends that we are seeing. In addition to my mostly coherent ramblings, you will also see posts from other members of the NCS team. They will be discussing various topics that fall within their own expertise and that they happen to find interesting.
I look forward to sharing our unique perspective with you. If you happen to enjoy the content, please feel free to shoot me an email or publicly shower me with compliments on Twitter (here) or LinkedIn (here). On the other hand, if you happen to hate it, remember the wisdom from Bambi, “If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all.”
