COVID: Message from our CEO, Adam Crabtree

To Our Valued Clients,

I wanted to take a moment to address the COVID-19 outbreak and how NCS Analytics is approaching the ongoing public health concern over the coming weeks and months.

First and foremost, thank you for choosing NCS. We know you had many choices when selecting a data analytics vendor and genuinely thank you for allowing us to serve you. As a small business, we are focusing on keeping our workforce healthy and safe while closely monitoring the situation. We are actively tracking any changes while providing enhanced support to our clients as they make similarly difficult decisions. I cannot thank you enough for your continued support during this challenging time.

As we navigate these deep waters together, NCS will continue to track, analyze, and alert on your data to ensure there are no disruptions in the important information that supports your critical functions. As many of you know, from reviewing our disaster readiness policies, NCS is prepared for events such as this. We have taken steps since our inception to minimize the impacts of the outside world on the NCS Platform.

In addition, we have policies in place that will allow us to continue to provide you with our same level of service. At this time, our office is open and operational and is thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated daily to ensure the health and safety of the NCS family. We will be limiting in-person training and support for the time being to essential-only meetings but are always available via telephone or web-conference.

Our NCS Platform is web-based and available to your staff through any device with internet access. Our Support Team is ready and available to walk you through new features, alerts, or system functionality; we have extended our support hours during this time (7 am MT to 10 pm MT). I encourage your teams to take advantage and ask as many questions as possible, whether they be in the office or working from home.

We are being vigilant about this outbreak, monitoring new developments, preparing for the worst while hoping for the best. The team here at NCS Analytics is wishing you all good health and happiness and are eager to continue to earn your trust every day.
