We implement our predictive analytics engine to deliver insights through our SaaS platform, where regulators are armed with the information they need in an easy-to-use format.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced analyst with SQL knowledge or a SQL developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of analysis experience, SQL development, or a combination of the two. The successful candidate will work closely with our software developers and analysts to design, implement, enhance, and maintain analytics procedures and software features that meet our client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting end-users.
• Become a SME for internal data schemas, procedures, and policies.
• Interpret user requirements and translate them into specifications for a SaaS application.
• Occasionally write and review stored procedures and views.
• Troubleshoot production issues; identify root causes and fixes.
• Collaborate with team members to provide end user documentation and training.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Proficiency in programming and statistical languages such as SQL, R, Python or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data problems and develop creative and effective solutions.
• Ability to integrate and analyze disparate data sources using SQL and R.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and storage platforms like AWS.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Impeccable attention to detail and data quality.
• Comfortability with Agile Development best practices, including SCRUM as well as utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
• Ability to self-motivate and take initiative.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.
