Full Stack Software Developer

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with emphasized strengths in back-end/database development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data-driven software applications.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in software applications.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Three years minimum experience in full-stack software development
• Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals (indexing, partitioning, sharding, replication, etc.)
• Strong experience in back-end development with .NET/C# and SQL Server or other similar relational database engines
• 1-year minimum experience with Angular 2+
• Familiarity with AWS is a big plus
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, unit testing, and code reviews
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

NCS offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Unlimited PTO, 401K packages, and a hybrid work schedule. Office attire is casual, and our atmosphere is more relaxed than the typical corporation.

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience.
